ABOUT MENDIP GLIDING CLUB

Welcome to a community of passionate gliding enthusiasts, committed to sharing their knowledge, experience and love for the sport. At Mendip Gliding Club, we offer a variety of training options, from introductory flights to comprehensive courses for those seeking to become certified glider pilots.

We have 8 instructor qualified members to guide you every step of the way, ensuring you build the skills and confidence necessary to master the art of gliding.

We operate a modern and well-maintained fleet of gliders, ensuring your safety and comfort during each flight. Gliding is a team activity so there’s always plenty to do when you’re not in the air.
